PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide production of a single-layer or multi-layer carbon nanotube fiber or a film by a CVD method in which flow of gas carbon source is interrupted by highly crosslinked net structure formation at a low-temperature region at downstream of a reaction region of a growing fiber and a structure change in product and reduction in total yield are realized.SOLUTION: There is provided production comprises: a step where flow of one or a plurality of gas reaction substances is introduced into a reactor; a step where one or a plurality of gas reaction substances are reacted in a reaction region of the reactor to form product particles, herein the product particles are aerogel having a hollow socks shape, a step where the aerogel is aggregated to form an aggregate, herein seeding particles contact with the aerogel in order to facilitate generation of early aggregate or the reactor comprises a catcher in order to facilitate generation of the aggregate; and a step where the aggregate is subjected to force to successively move out from the reaction region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
