PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus for supporting efficient and proper analysis of a user, an information processing method, and an information processing program.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus uses an evaluation system 20 including a control section 21 and an access log storage section 22. The access log storage section 22 records visit data including data on a visit time and a user ID. The control section 21 specifies a period to be analyzed, specifies each of unit periods included in an observation period preceding the period to be analyzed, calculates the number of visits in a calculation period preceding each of the unit periods, for each user, by use of the visit data recorded in the access log storage section 22, specifies a user including a unit period in which the number of visits exceeds a reference value, and outputs the specified user as a person to be analyzed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
