PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable installing a liquid nitrogen filling device in a filling system in order to fill liquid nitrogen in a headspace of a container after filling food and before sealing, and achieve secured filling with a structure to be a low cost by simplifying the liquid nitrogen filling device.SOLUTION: A liquid nitrogen filling device for filling liquid nitrogen in a headspace of a can container filled with food, as a can container before sealing includes: a liquid nitrogen supply source of supplying liquid nitrogen; a filter for removing impurities; a liquid level sensor and a liquid nitrogen storage tank each linked with a liquid nitrogen introduction side and an evaporated nitrogen gas exhaust side which perform a supply amount adjustment of liquid nitrogen and a cushioning role; a precision flow control part comprising a cylinder with a vertical direction taper, fixed to the lower part of the liquid nitrogen storage tank so as to minutely adjust liquid nitrogen, and a plug to be inserted from above; and a replaceable disk-like nozzle type injection part. The liquid nitrogen filling device can minutely adjust and control an injection amount of liquid nitrogen to an injection can container.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
