PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of jam by controlling conveyance to a register roller before reverse printing on double-side printing in according to a printing condition to reduce a load to a print sheet.SOLUTION: A printer 1 capable of performing double-side printing has a circulation conveyance passage containing a reverse passage RR and a regular passage RC, and reverses front and rear sides by conveying a print sheet PA printed on one side thereof circularly in a circulation conveyance passage to print on the other side. The printer 1 includes each of conveyance parts 3, 4, 5 and 7 for conveying the print sheet PA along the circulation conveyance passage, a register roller 21 to which a tip of the print sheet PA in the sheet conveying direction is butted in the downstream in the reverse passage RR of the circulation conveyance passage, and a control section 9 for controlling conveyance of the print sheet PA to the register roller 21 in according to a printing condition of the one side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
