Disclosed are a flexible liquid crystal panel and a method for manufacturing the flexible liquid crystal panel. The flexible liquid crystal panel comprises first and second flexible substrates (1, 3) arranged opposite to each other, first and second flat layers (11, 31) arranged on the inner sides of the first and second flexible substrates (1, 3) respectively, a color filter layer (33) arranged between the second flexible substrate (3) and the second flat layer (31), spacing walls (5) arranged on the second flat layer (31), sealants (7) coated on a side of the spacing walls (5) adjacent to the first flexible substrate (1), and a liquid crystal layer (9); the spacing wall (5) comprises a plurality of transverse portions (51) parallel to each other and extending transversely and a plurality of longitudinal portions (53) parallel to each other and extending longitudinally. The transverse portions (51) and the longitudinal portions (53) intersect each other, accordingly a plurality of sub-pixels are separated off, and the liquid crystal layer (9) is filled in closed regions formed by intersection of the transverse portions (51) and the longitudinal portions (53). |
