The present invention relates to a method for mixing freeze-dried sea cucumber and a sauce using a pouch. The pouch is made of a synthetic resin and separated into an upper room and a lower room by a barrier. If a user presses the upper room of the pouch with a sauce in the upper room and freeze-dried sea cucumber in the lower room, the barrier bursts by pressure and the sauce in the upper room gets mixed with the freeze-dried sea cucumber in the lower room. The present invention makes a liquefied sauce and freeze-dried sea cucumber be stored in the pouch separately, thereby being sanitary and having a long shelf life. In addition, the present invention enables a user to easily mix the sauce and the freeze-dried sea cucumber in the pouch by pressing the upper room of the pouch and bursting the barrier, thereby being convenience.
