The present invention relates to a method for producing paint which includes a dye-sensitised solar cell and a conductive material enabling electrons to flow. Existing solar cells have been big and hard to carry. However, the paint provided in the present invention is manufactured by producing a plurality of ultra-small dye-sensitized solar cell unit cells and then mixing the same with the conductive material, allowing a user to install the solar cell in the way that the user wants to place and handle in the desire size so as to generate energy with ease.
