A door including, an elongate sealing member having a flexible part being movable vertically between retracted and extended positions, an activation member for abutment with a corresponding doorway, and first and second actuators having a biasing 5 member or members for vertical movement of said elongate sealing member, the activation member and said first and second actuators being linked whereby said activation member acts on the first and second actuators to move the elongate sealing member into the extended position, wherein at least one of said first or second actuators having a modular configuration, in that a modular connecting rod is positionable between 10 said first and second actuators to increase the distance therebetween, the modular connecting rod being connected at one end to the first or second actuator, and pivotably connected at an opposite end to a linkage that links said first actuator to said second actuator.
