PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image generation art by which a fluoroscopic image where only a patient is extracted, can be generated, even when an object such as a bed or a restraining device having an attenuation value the same as that of human tissue is included in a three-dimensional image.SOLUTION: An apparatus for generating medical images 10 includes: a three-dimensional image acquisition unit 11 which acquires a three-dimensional image M where a space containing a patient is imaged; an impart unit 12 which imparts likelihood coefficients L(x, y, z) to each of voxels constituting the three-dimensional image M; an update unit 13 which updates a brightness value V (x,y,z) of voxels where the imparted likelihood coefficients L show a prescribed value, by a prescribed processing; and a fluoroscopic image generation unit 15 which calculates a brightness value I (u, v) of a corresponding pixel on the basis of the brightness value V (x, y, z) of the voxel existing along a straight line connecting each pixel constituting a fluoroscopic image N and a virtual viewpoint P.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
