PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery and a method for manufacturing the solar battery.SOLUTION: A solar battery includes: a semiconductor substrate; a tunnel layer positioned on a first surface of the semiconductor substrate; a first conductive type semiconductor part positioned on the tunnel layer, which contains impurities of first conductive type; a second conductive type semiconductor part positioned on a second surface as the opposite surface of the semiconductor substrate, which contains impurities of second conductive type opposite from the first conductive type; a first passivation film positioned on the first conductive type semiconductor part; a first electrode formed on the first passivation film, and connected via an opening formed in the first passivation film to the first conductive type semiconductor part; a second passivation film positioned on the second conductive type semiconductor part; and a second electrode formed on the second passivation film, and connected via an opening formed in the second passivation film to the second conductive type semiconductor part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
