PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus using a local linear identification model.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes: characteristic extraction means which extracts first feature quantity from input data; holding means which holds an identification model to be generated for every multiple sets obtained by dividing a second feature quantity extracted from training data belonging to a specific class, characteristic information representing the characteristics of the sets, and each of the sets, in association with each other; selection means which selects a set corresponding to the first feature quantity, on the basis of the extracted first feature quantity and the characteristic information; and determination means which determines whether the input data belongs to the specific class or not, by use of the identification model associated with the selected set.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
