PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a redox flow type fuel cell system with excellent output responsiveness.SOLUTION: A fuel cell system includes: a regenerator 4 for regenerating a mediator that circulating-supply a cathode of a fuel cell 1 as oxidant; a supply flow path 5 for supplying the regenerator 4 with an oxidation gas; an oxidization gas supply device 6 on the supply flow path 5; an oxygen enrichment device 7; a bypass flow path 8 of which an upstream side terminal and a downstream side terminal are connected to the supply flow path 5, for bypassing the oxygen enrichment device 7; and a flow path switchover valve 9 disposed at an upstream side connection position between the supply flow path 5 and the bypass flow path 8 and controlled by a control unit 10. Further, in a case where a difference between a present output and a required output is equal to or more than a given value, the system controls the switchover valve 9 to introduce the oxidization gas to the regenerator 4 via the oxygen enrichment device 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
