PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for evaluating the cooking skill of a cook without excessively depending on subjective evaluation.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for evaluating a cooking skill by using a recipe database for storing recipe information indicating a plurality of recipes and difficulty associated with each of the plurality of recipes. The cooking skill evaluation method includes: a selection step of selecting an object recipe from a plurality of recipes; a first collection step of collecting operation information related to the cooking operation of the cook who executes a cooking process by using a monitoring facility which monitors the cooking process; an input step of inputting cooking evaluation information indicating subjective evaluation on cuisines obtained as the result of execution of the cooking process; an evaluation step of generating skill evaluation information indicating evaluation on the cooking skill by using the operation information and the cooking evaluation information; and an output step of outputting the skill evaluation information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
