摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste for solar battery electrodes, by which an electrode with a low contact resistance can be formed, and a high-output solar battery can be obtained even when used for an LDE substrate; and a high-output solar battery cell.SOLUTION: A paste for electrodes comprises: glass including 35.0-83.0 (mol%) of TeO, 0.1-20.0 (mol%) of BiO, 15.5-30.0 (mol%) of LiO and 0.1-40.0 (mol%) of ZnO, in which the total content of the primary components is 95 (mol%) or more, and at least one kind of MgO, TiO, VO, CrO, MnO, FeO, CoO, NiO and CuO, WO. The paste is used to form a light-receiving surface electrode 28 by a fire-through method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
