PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle lighting device which inhibits leakage of light guided by a transparent material and enables reduction of the number of components.SOLUTION: A vehicle lighting device 100 includes: a light source 1 for radiating light; a transparent material 2 which guides the light of the light source 1 from incident ends 21i to emission ends 21o offset from an optical axis through bending parts 21c; and a cover part 3 which shields a periphery of the light source 1 so that a user cannot view the periphery of the light source from the emission end 21o sides and the lateral side of the transparent material 2. The vehicle lighting device 100 includes a light shielding part 4 which covers at least an outer side of a bending portion of the bending part 21c and shields light leaking from the bending parts 21c to the outside.
