PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal device that reduces a variation in oscillatory frequency of a crystal element.SOLUTION: A crystal device includes: a rectangular substrate 110a; a pair of rectangular electrode pads 111 that are provided on the top face of the substrate 110a; convex parts 113 that have a triangular shape in plan view and are provided on the pair of electrode pads 111; a conductive adhesive that is provided across the electrode pads 111 to the convex parts 113; a crystal element 120 that is mounted on the electrode pad 111 via the conductive adhesive; and a lid body 130 for hermetically sealing the crystal element 120. The convex parts 113 are provided along the outer periphery on the electrode pad 111 having one side directed to the center side of the substrate 110a in plan view, and are provided along the outer periphery on the electrode pad 111 having one side connected to said one side directed to the outer periphery side of the substrate 110a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
