PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell restricted in output density decrease.SOLUTION: A fuel cell 1 comprises: a film-electrode assembly 16 including an anion exchange film 4, a fuel-side electrode 2 provided on one side of the anion exchange film in the thickness direction thereof, and an oxygen-side electrode 3 provided on the other side of the anion exchange film in the thickness direction thereof; a fuel diffusion layer 5 provided on one side of the fuel-side electrode 2 in the thickness direction thereof; and a fuel supply member 7 provided on one side of the fuel diffusion layer 5 in the thickness direction thereof and configured to supply liquid fuel.
