PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for easily checking whether the transmission and reception of data is performed as scheduled without requiring an administrator to manually set a notification schedule.SOLUTION: A communication table is provided as a history of the past communication end time; a communication schedule is determined on the basis of the content of the communication table; and if the transmission and reception of data is not performed by a communication limit time of the determined communication schedule, an administrator is notified of the fact.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
