PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair rinse agent that causes a little color fading (color fading of hair color) of the hair colored by hair coloring.SOLUTION: The invention provides a hair rinse agent containing, as a main raw material, the fountainhead water of the Tamagawa hot spring in Akita prefecture, the hair rinse agent further containing one or more kinds of honey, lavender extract, and rosemary extract. The frequency of hair dyeing can be reduced by using the hair rinse agent of the invention.
