PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharge head capable of heightening bond strength by thickening the thickness of an adhesion film, while avoiding inconvenience in another portion.SOLUTION: A diaphragm member 3 has a thin wall part 35 and a thick wall part 36, and an adhesion film 38 is formed by including a surface of the thick wall part 36 and a surface of the thin wall part 35. A film thickness t2 of an adhesion film part 38a of the adhesion film 38 formed on the surface of a facing part 37 of the thin wall part 35 facing to an overhang shape part 36a of the thick wall part 36 is thinner than a film thickness t1 of the adhesion film 38 formed on the surface of the thick wall part 36.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
