PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting composition, thermosetting adhesive and dry film having excellent transparency, adhesion and resin leachability.SOLUTION: A thermosetting composition comprises: an acrylic polymer (A) that comprises a compound represented by the general formula (I) as an essential monomer component and is obtained by polymerization of one or more monomers, with a weight average molecular weight of 500-2,000,000; and a block isocyanate (B), as essential components.
