PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel sheet for a vessel excellent in both PET film adhesion and coating film adhesion.SOLUTION: Provided is a sheet for a vessel having a plated steel sheet covering at least a part of the surface of a steel with a plating layer made of at least one layer selected from an Ni layer, an Sn layer, an Ni-Fe alloy layer, an Fe-Sn-Ni alloy layer and an Fe-Sn alloy layer and a film formed on the surface of the plating layer in the plated steel sheet, in which the film contains Ti, Ni and C, in the film, the coating weight in terms of Ti per side of the plated steel sheet is 5.0 to 60.0 mg/m, the coating weight in terms of Ni per side of the plated steel is 0.1 to 3.0 mg/m, and the film in which the mass ratio of C to Ti in the film (C/Ti) is 0.01 to 10 is formed by cathode electrolysis or the like.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
