PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a fuel tank which can prevent that piping incorporated into a fuel tank main body contacts with an inside face of the tank when molding the fuel tank main body by using a melted resin.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a fuel tank passes through a first process for making a first holding part 36 of a clamp 30 having the first holding part 36 and a leg 34 hold an excess portion 16B of a piping 16 in a non-contact state of the piping 16 and an inside face 10C of the fuel tank main body 10 when molding the fuel tank main body 10 by using a melted resin, and a second process for removing the excess portion 16B from the first holding part 36 after the molding of the fuel tank main body 10, and taking out the excess portion 16B from an attachment hole 12 formed at an upper part 10A of the fuel tank main body 10 to the outside of the fuel tank main body 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
