A liquid medicament for use in the treatment of elevated intraocular pressure or glaucoma in a subject, the medicament consisting of prostaglandin in benzyl benzoate, the prostaglandin present at about 0.1% (w/w) to about 5% (w/w), inclusive, the medicament for a dosing regimen in which about 5 μL to about 60 μL, inclusive, is injected into the anterior chamber or vitreous of the eye once per interval of no less than about two months. |
