Provided are a memory access method, and a relevant device and system, which solve the problem in the prior art of a low memory access efficiency. The method comprises: receiving a memory access request message of a process, wherein the memory access request message comprises information about a virtual address corresponding to a memory that the process requests to access; acquiring a mapping relationship corresponding to the process from a preset mapping relationship set according to the process, the mapping relationship being a correlation between the virtual address and a memory controller (MC) corresponding to the memory that the process requests to access; acquiring the MC corresponding to the memory that the process requests to access according to the information about the virtual address and the mapping relationship; and sending the memory access request message to the MC. The method is applicable to the technical field of computers.
