Disclosed is a 360° light-emitting and aerodynamic heat dissipation LED bulb, comprising an LED lamp panel and a lampshade (1); the material of the lampshade (1) employs a transparent material, and is in an annular shape; the lampshade (1) is provided with an opening at an upper end surface thereof and a receiving cavity (14) therein; a side section of the lampshade (1) is in an inverted "n"-shape; the LED lamp panel is in an annular shape matching the lampshade (1); the LED lamp panel is provided at the opening of the lampshade (1), and is provided with a plurality of LED lamps (2) thereon; and the LED lamp (2) faces the receiving cavity (14). The side section of the lampshade is in an inverted "n"-shape, therefore, the bottom wall of the lampshade is in an arc-shape; when the LED lamp emits light, the light rays are repeatedly reflected by an inner wall of the inner side wall of the lampshade, an inner wall of the annular bottom wall and an inner wall of the outer side wall, thus increasing an opportunity of the light rays to be emitted from a rear portion of the LED bulb lamp, realizing a 360° light-emitting effect, and solving the problem that the LED lamp cannot realize an illumination effect of a traditional light source.
