A filler-type tower plate, comprising a tower plate body (1), the tower plate body (1) comprising two layers which are parallel in an up-down manner, opposite sides of the bi-layered tower plate body (1) being provided with several valve pieces (2), one end of each valve piece (2) being fixedly connected to the tower plate body (1), the other end being suspended in the air, the middle of the bi-layered tower plate body (1) being provided with a filler (3), the middles of the valve pieces (2) arching towards the filler (3), the filler (3) being obliquely arranged within the bi-layered tower plate body (1), the filler (3) being filled with several baffle plates (4) having sawtooth-shaped longitudinal cross sections, adjacent baffle plates (4) being arranged in parallel.
