摘要 A GIS-based method and system for associating meteorological information with a power device. Real-time meteorological monitoring and warning data is placed in a GIS platform, and a monitoring station is positioned; and a positioning mode is: performing positioning in a GIS map according to coordinate information of a meteorological monitoring stations. A meteorological chart layer is created: creating a meteorological chart layer in a warning system according to positioning information of the meteorological data in a GIS of a power grid. The meteorological chart layer is superimposed and associated with a device chart layer, so as to display meteorological information in real time, and perform warning analysis for and display a meteorological disaster of the power device. Occurrence and development of disastrous weather such as typhoon, rainstorms and strong convection are intuitively and comprehensively monitored for the power device in real time, movement and evolution of such weather systems are tracked, and analysis bases are provided for predicting disastrous weather.
