Several square cap hoods (2) are arranged in a tower plate body (1), the several square cap hoods (2) being respectively located on mutually perpendicular straight lines in the tower plate body (1), the tower plate arching from the junctions with the cap hoods (2) to the middle between adjacent cap hoods (2) to form curved areas (3), horizontal areas (4) being present between adjacent curved areas (3). Top portions and bottom portions of the cap hoods (2) are respectively provided with cap covers (5) having upwardly arching centres and cap bottoms (6). The tower plate extends mass transfer time and improves a mass transfer effect.
