The present invention relates to a highly elastic polyester composite yarn composed of a latent-crimp yarn as a core and a perspiration-absorbent and quick-drying shaped yarn as a sheath. The present invention further relates to a production method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a highly elastic polyester composite yarn and a method for producing fabric using the same. According to the present invention, a poly(trimethylene terephthalate)/poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PTT/PET) latent-crimp yarn is used as a core, whereas a shaped perspiration-absorbent and quick-drying polyester yarn is used as a sheath, thereby exhibiting high elasticity, perspiration-absorbent and quick-drying properties, an excellent texture, and competitive price. |
