The present invention relates to multi-functional workout equipment. According to the present invention, the workout equipment comprises: a pair of rail portions (9, 11) formed of a pair of pipes (17, 19) whose upper portions are connected to be hinged, at an incline as gaps become wide toward the direction of both lower portions, and disposed at a predetermined distance away from each other in a vertical direction, respectively; a pair of roller assemblies (5, 6) disposed side by side between the pair of pipes (17, 19) forming the pair of rail portions (9, 11) to be in rolling contact with each other so as to be vertically reciprocating in a diagonal direction along the rail portion; a pair of sliders (3, 7) to which a user applies an external force while lifting and lowering along the rail portion by fixing the pair of roller assemblies (5, 6) to be able to rotate; a pair of elastic members (11, 13) whose one side is connected to the upper portions of the pair of rail portions (9, 11) are connected to an upper portion, and the other side is connected to the slider to elastically pull the slider upwards; and a pair of supports (21, 23) equipped in the lower portions of the pair of rail portions (9, 11) to support the same. |
