The present invention relates to a red tide control composition including a water-soluble silicate solution and a plant extract as active ingredients, and more specifically, to a red tide control composition consisting of: 50-90 wt% of a water-soluble silicate solution with a Si content of 50 ppm or greater; and 10-50 wt% of at least one plant extract among pine, Chamaecyparis obtusa, Pinus koraiensis, tamarack, and metasequoia glyptostroboides.
