According to an embodiment of the present invention, an operating method of an image display device comprises the following steps of: recognizing contents by using an automatic contents recognition technique; displaying a questionnaire for a health management service when the frequency of using the recognized contents is equal to or higher than a threshold value; receiving biometric information, motion quantity information, and a setup input for setting a collection period of the biometric information and the motion quantity information; and providing the health management service based on the received setup input. Therefore, the method can provide a customized service to a user by finding features of the user through a questionnaire.
