Disclosed are a device for providing a customized health service according to personal health information and a method thereof The disclosed device comprises: a health information inputting unit which receives the personal health information; a similar case searching unit which calculate a weighted value for each feature of the health information, and searches a similar case by calculating similarity based on the same; a health pattern analysis and future health predicting unit which predicts a personal health pattern by analyzing the pattern of the searched similar case; a health healing planning unit which plans a customized health healing plan based on the predicted personal health pattern; and a healing knowledge base which includes a knowledge map needed for calculating the weighted value for each feature of the health information, and a knowledge map needed for analyzing and predicting the pattern.
