According to an embodiment of the present invention, disclosed is a target device for an X-ray generating device which comprises: a substrate; a plurality of metal thin films located on the substrate; and a plurality of metal targets formed in a semi-spherical shape by cooling a metal solution of a liquid state located in each of the plurality of metal thin films. Therefore, the present invention manufactures metal targets of a solid state to radiate an X ray of high density.
