PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbine plant and an intake air cooling method for the turbine plant that enable improvement of air cooling efficiency.SOLUTION: A turbine plant includes: an air intake portion for sucking air from the atmosphere; a compressor for compressing the air sucked by the air intake portion to generate compressed air; a combustor for generating combustion gas by using the compressed air; a gas turbine for generating power by using the combustion gas; a steam turbine for generating power by using steam generate by using waste heat of the gas turbine; a cooling portion for cooling a bearing by circulating cooling oil in the bearing of the steam turbine; and an intake air cooling portion for cooling air by injecting mist generated by warming supply water upstream of the air intake portion. The intake air cooling portion includes a warming portion for warming supply water by using heat of at least one of the steam discharged from the steam turbine, the steam taken out from the steam generation portion, and the cooling portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
