PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance connectivity between a power transmission section and a power reception section with a simple configuration and realize power transmission with high efficiency in a mobile power supply device and a vehicle power supply system provided therewith.SOLUTION: A power transmission section 120 is configured so as to transmit power to a power reception section 500 by engaging with the power reception section 500 and being magnetically coupled to the power reception section 500. A truck 300 is mounted with the power transmission section 120 thereon. A lifting device 320 is configured so as to be able to lift up the power transmission section 120 on the truck 300. The power transmission section 120 has a taper 122 formed so as to guide the power transmission section 120 to a fitting position to the power reception section 500 in association with lifting up of the power transmission section 120 by the lifting device 320 on an engagement surface with the power reception section 500.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
