PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro channel preparing master disk capable of easily performing mass production of a transcript having a region of high hydrophilicity, to provide the transcript and to provide a manufacturing method of the micro channel preparing master disk.SOLUTION: A micro channel preparing master disk includes: a substrate; a main rugged part which is disposed on the surface of the substrate and is extended in a surface direction of the substrate; and a fine rugged part which is disposed on the surface of the main rugged part and has a pitch narrower as compared to the main rugged part. Therein, the fine rugged part has an arithmetic average roughness of 10 to 150 nm and a relative surface area rate of 1.1 to 3.0.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
