PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for extracting nucleic acid which is capable of shortening time required for pretreatment for PCR.SOLUTION: A device for extracting nucleic acid according to the present invention has: a tube part in which a first plug consisting of oil, a second plug consisting of cleaning liquid which does not mix with oil and cleans a substance to which nucleic acid is adsorbed, a third plug consisting of oil, a fourth plug consisting of eluate which does not mix with oil and elutes nucleic acid from the substance, and a fifth plug consisting of oil are arranged inside thereof in this order; and a cover part arranged around the tube part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
