PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a square type insulation end cap adapter capable of accurately performing work even if a work position is changed, by improving a degree of freedom in operating a tip tool that is fitted to a tip of an operation rod.SOLUTION: A square type insulation end cap adapter 1 comprises a joint part 2 to which the operation rod can be connected, and an adapter body 3 that is integrated with the joint part 2. The adapter body 3 includes: a first wall 5 including a first surface 5a that becomes substantially parallel with an axial direction of the operation rod; and a second wall 6 including a second surface 6a that becomes vertical to the first surface 5a. A first insulation end cap part 7 is provided on the first surface 5a of the first wall 5 of the adapter body 3, and a second insulation end cap part 8 is provided on the second surface 6a of the second wall 6 of the adapter body 3. In the first wall 5 and the second wall 6, a slit 10 is formed from a center of the first insulation end cap part 7 to a center of the second insulation end cap part 8, and a bolt 11 that is inserted to be movable relatively to the slit 10 and a butterfly nut 12 which is screwed with the bolt are provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
