Disclosed is a method applied to multi-system coexistence in a license-free frequency band. The method mainly comprises: monitoring a specific number of monitored subframes, and determining the number of the monitored subframes occupied by data packets transmitted by a first communication system; and according to the specific number and the number of the occupied monitored subframes, adjusting the proportions of the monitored subframes and transmitted data subframes in a radio frame. The method can solve the problems of interference suppression and coordination of multiple systems in a license-free frequency band, and achieve coexistence of the multiple systems in the license-free frequency band. This application also provides a device applied to multi-system coexistence in a license-free frequency band.
