Embodiments of the present invention provide a multi-point video conference device and method, which are capable of easily expand the number of persons who participate in a video conference. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a multi-point video conference method for a video conference among a plurality of client terminals at a multiple points, the method comprising the steps of: classifying the client terminals into a panel group having a right to speak and an audience group having no right to speak; receiving video packets and audio packets from client terminals of the panel group; mixing the video packets and audio packets of the panel group; and transmitting the mixed video packets and audio packets to the client terminals of the audience group and the panel group.
