The present invention provides a float glass production device having a structure to suppress a deterioration of a heater. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the float glass production device includes a float bath having a bottom for storing molten metal and a roof for covering the bottom, wherein the float bath has a roof brick layer for bisecting an inner space of the float bath into a lower space and an upper space, and a plurality of heaters extending in the vertical direction and installed to pass through the roof brick layer. A plurality of the heaters include first and second heaters, each of the first and second heaters has a non-heating part of which at least a portion is placed at the upper space and a heating part of which at least a portion is placed at the lower space, wherein an outer diameter of the heating part in the first heater is same as an outer diameter of the non-heating part in the first heater, and an outer diameter of the heating part in the second heater is larger than an outer diameter of the non-heating part in the second heater. |
