Provided is a method of providing a font executed in a user terminal connected to a font providing server, allowing a user to use a selected font among a plurality of fonts displayed on a font usage program in an application, thus freely utilizing a font intended to be used through any terminal, comprising the steps of: when a user requests for use of a specific font, determining whether an encrypted font file regarding the specific font is present in an internal memory; when the encrypted font file regarding the specific font is present, decrypting the encrypted font file to activate a state of the specific font; and when using the specific font file terminates, deleting the decrypted font file to deactivate the state of the specific font. |
