PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell having high photoelectric conversion efficiency, and further to provide a solar cell module and a manufacturing method of the solar cell.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, there is provided a solar cell comprising a substrate and a laminate. The substrate has a top surface. The laminate includes: a lower electrode provided on the top surface; a photoelectric conversion film being provided on the lower electrode and including an organic semiconductor; and an upper electrode provided on the photoelectric conversion film. The laminate has a first region having a foreign substance between the lower electrode and the photoelectric conversion film, and a second region not having the foreign substance between the lower electrode and the photoelectric conversion film. A distance between an end portion of the foreign substance in a first direction parallel to the top surface and the upper electrode in a second direction intersecting with the top surface is greater than a distance between the lower electrode in the second region and the upper electrode in the second direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
