PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively evaluate whether or not a bar code, bar code scanner, and terminal are respectively in a proper relationship with each other to display and read the bar code without performing verification using an actual device.SOLUTION: A bar code evaluation device performs an evaluation that is to determine whether or not a bar code image can be displayed in an image display device and determine whether or not the displayed bar code image can be read in a bar code reading device, on the basis of the details of the bar code image, specification of the image display device, and specification of the bar code reading device, without actually displaying and reading the bar code image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
