PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor that can measure with increased accuracy pressures working on structural members.SOLUTION: In a sensor comprising a supporting base having a fixed part and a hollow part, a vibrating beam is connected to the fixed part and arranged over the hollow part, and a first groove is so arranged in the fixed part that a member comes into contact with the internal face of the first groove. The fixed part has a second groove so arranged in the fixed part that the member comes into contact with the internal face of the second groove, and desirably the first and second grooves should be arranged in axial symmetry with respect to the vibrating beam as the axis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
