PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress oscillation of a pair of rotary shafts.SOLUTION: The inner part of a suction port 25 is provided with: a reinforcement section 41 connecting a second wall surface 252 and a first wall surface 251; and a reinforcement section 42 connecting a third wall surface 253 and the first wall surface 251. The reinforcement part 41 supports a part between the second wall surface 252 and the first wall surface 251, and the reinforcement part 42 supports a part between the third wall surface 253 and the first wall surface 251. Therefore, an end wall 14 is prevented from deforming so that the second wall surface 252 comes close to the first wall surface 251, and the end wall 14 is prevented from deforming so that the third wall surface 253 comes close to the first wall surface 251. As a result of this, positions of shaft holes 14a, 14b are prevented from being displaced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
