PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve waterproofness in an inter-story skeleton part for providing a step difference on a skeleton surface, with a simple constitution, in a tie-in part between a lower end part and a roof member of an outer wall surface material.SOLUTION: An inter-story skeleton part (11) of an outer wall (1) of a building comprises: a first skeleton surface (11a) positioned by abutting on or approaching an end part in the indoor direction of a roof surface 180 of a roof member (18) and extending in the vertical direction; and a second skeleton surface (11b) positioned in the indoor direction above the first skeleton surface and extending in the vertical direction. A throating structure (20) comprises: a first throating material (21) fixed to the first skeleton surface and intercepting infiltration of water into between the roof member and the first skeleton surface; a second throating material (22) fixed to the second skeleton surface and covering a third skeleton surface positioned in a step difference part between the first skeleton surface and the second skeleton surface; and a third throating material (23) extending downward from a lower end part of an outer wall surface material (15) and covering an end part in the outdoor direction of the second throating material (22).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
