PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a titanium plate combining high strength and high moldability applicable to heat exchangers and fuel batteries.SOLUTION: Provided is a titanium plate having a composition containing, by mass, 0.020 to 1.000% Fe and 0.020 to 0.400% O, and the balance titanium with inevitable impurities and having a crystal grain structure of an α phase with an HCP structure, in which the circle equivalent diameter in the crystal grains of the α phase is 20 to 100 μm by the average value and 300 μm or lower by the maximum value, and when, in the directions parallel to the plate surface. The direction in which 0.2% proof stress is the minimum is defined as the minimum proof stress direction and the direction orthogonal to the minimum proof direction.
